ALABGS does not provide transportation.

Delegates that wish to drive themselves must contact Executive Director Joanie Dickerson (bgs.exec.director@gmail.com) for approval.

Registration/Arrival is Sunday June 15, 2025 - 10:00 am-12:00 pm
​

Drop off is at Gruenhagen Conference Center- 208 Osceola Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901
​

No delegates may arrive before the Sunday session begins.
​

Father's Day Brunch is available from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at Blackhawk Commons. Note: Brunch is not apart of the ALABGS meal plan and must be paid for separately.
​

The first meal will be provided to delegates on Sunday at 4:45 pm, so plan accordingly.
​

Delegates will go through registration upon arrival, bringing any medications for the week with them.
​

At registration, delegates will receive their room keys and assignments, name badges, citizen's manual and a political party t-shirt.
​

Parents are not allowed to accompany delegates either through registration or up to the floors. Parents should wait with luggage or go to the ALABGS store during this time. Delegates may meet up with their families after they have checked in on their floors if they wish to go to the Father's Day Brunch.

Delegates need to be on their floor at 12:30 pm for the first session.

Opening Convocation begins at 2:00 pm in the Kolf Gymnasium, families are welcome to attend.

Departures

Any delegate that does not complete the full week and chooses to leave the session early will be marked as incomplete and will not be eligible to receive any scholarships or honors of the program.

Departure begins at 11:30 am on the Friday of session.
​

Parents and guardians must wait outside the residence hall until delegates are released.
